The Wellness Plus Plan

Outstanding protection, including spay/neuter and other special benefits

The AKC Wellness Plus Plan is our very best package of pet healthcare benefits. On top of all the great benefits for accidents, illnesses and wellness in the Wellness Plan, this plan also reimburses you for spaying or neutering your pet, and titer tests in place of vaccinations. If you are suddenly hospitalized for more than 48 hours, we will cover some of the costs of boarding or a pet sitter! It all adds up to an amazing package of peace-of-mind protection.

Add up what you would normally spend (or expect to spend) on your pet's preventive care over a year. Then you can see how much value you would receive from the AKC Wellness Plus Plan. Once you have met your Wellness Plan's annual deductible of $125, we reimburse 80% of eligible charges and this Plan includes a spay or neuter benefit in addition to an annual dental cleaning. The monthly payment option allows you to spread your pet's routine health care costs over the year and you also have insurance benefits for accidents and illnesses that you may also need one day.
